Online Customer Pick-Up Instructions

HIGHLAND VILLAGE STORE HOURS: • Monday - Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM •

We are now offering our customers the option to pick up their internet orders at our Highland Village Olde Tyme Commissary. Simply select the shipping method "Pick-Up at the Highland Village Store" and we will bring your order to the store. The best part is you don't have to pay for shipping! Once we have delivered your order we will send you an email indicating that you may pick up your merchandise. Please don't go to the store immediately after you place your order. Your order must come from our Internet store.  We ask that you bring a print-out of your order and we require a valid form of identification. 

Simple Steps

1.  Place order and choose pick up at Highland Village as your shipping method.

2.  Print a copy of your order.

3.  Wait for an email from us indicating that your purchase is ready for you to pick up.

4.  Bring your copy of your order and valid identification to the Highland Village store.

5.  Inspect your merchandise for accuracy, sign our receipt of goods ticket, and enjoy this easy shopping method.

6.  Don't forget, that for a small charge the store will be happy to gift-wrap your purchase.
