• At Commissary Toys, we use UPS as our primary shipping company.  
• Express shipping (3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Overnight) charges displayed during checkout are only an estimate and subject to revision.   These orders may require an increase to the shipping due to the size of the merchandise. In the event that that your express shipping charges need to be increased, we will e-mail or call you to confirm the additional charges.   
•  Free Ground Shipping for orders over $75.00 (Promotional Code FS75) only applies to items that are in stock and delivered within the 48 Continental United States.  Please be advised that only 1 promotional code may be used per order.
• Commissary Toys does not guarantee shipping times, but will work with you and UPS to resolve any issues.  Click Here for estimated ground transit times.
• Sales tax of  7% will only be charged for purchases that are shipped with a destination residing in the state of Mississippi. 
• We can ship most items international and to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO / FPO addresses, however they do not qualify for free shipping and in some cases only express shipping may be available. 
• Shipments to APO / FPO addresses are shipped via USPS and must be calculated manually.  We will e-mail or call you with the shipping charges prior to processing your order.
• Some items that are dropped shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse, can take up to 10 business days for delivery, please refer to each specific product description for details.
• Some orders may require multiple boxes.

Other Important shipping information:

Although UPS is our primary shipping vender we do not guarantee their services.  During our peak season (Christmas) purchases after December 15, may not arrive by December 25.  UPS ground shipping method requires 1 - 6 business days for delivery.
